We have always been believers in the possibilities, dreams, and incredible strength of a developing intellect. We started a journey last year at this time that not only had an impact on 47Billion but also grew our horizons to touch the lives of other young, bright minds. We were pleased to present Medi-Caps University’s Center of Excellence(COE) as a ray of hope, knowledge, and opportunity.
From the beginning, our mission was clear: to create a nurturing space where students could grow, explore, and prepare for their future careers. We intended a workplace where we could nurture ambitions and polish skills, allowing them to reach their full potential. As I previously stated, it was not about finding the best; instead, it was about providing them wings to fly high.
This dream became a reality due to the tireless efforts of the team led by Rajeev Dixit (CTO), Amol Vaidya (CEO), Vishakha Atre (HR), Nishchay Chawla, Kamalpreet Saluja, and many others who have worked hard in strategizing the Center of Excellence at Medi-Caps University. The passion and commitment that our team has shown have actually laid the foundation for what the CoE would become”—a cradle of excellence and innovation.”
Today, while this memory is being published, we are filled with joy and immense pride as we welcome the first batch of summer interns from CoE into the 47Billion family. This young family walked into our corporate office earlier last month, bringing with them a sparkling wave of energy, creativity, and determination. It was great to see how quickly they adapted to our teams and started contributing to our real-world initiatives.
For others, the CoE at Medi-Caps University might be just a strategic initiative, but for us, it is more than that; it’s our belief in the power of education and mentorship. By investing in these young minds, we are not only shaping their futures but also enriching our company’s core with their vibrant energy and innovative ideas.

Job Opportunities – 4th-year students are given a chance to secure positions within 47Billion, ensuring a smooth transition from academia to industry.
Hackathons and Competitions – We organize hackathons that are open to students within and outside the university, fostering a competitive spirit and innovation.
Innovation Lab – A designated lab on campus equipped with the latest hardware and software resources supports students in their projects and research.
This strategic collaboration model is aimed to benefit all stakeholders equally. The institute will see an improvement in student placements, faculty development, enablement of research and innovation opportunities, and expansion of academic streams to newer disciplines. The industry will get an increase in the availability of an industry-ready talent pool and niche skill identification.
