Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead proficient in Python to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using Java or Python technologies. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions utilizing Java or Python.

·      Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.

·      Architect and design scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions.

·      Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

·      Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java or Python development.

·      Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle.

·      Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely resolution of defects.

·      Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the deployment and release process.

·      Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

·      Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·      Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Python development.

·      Proficiency in Python programming language, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.

·      Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural patterns.

·      Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

·      Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·      Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
